In my time with Schrader I have worked in Production, R&D and now Plant Engineering.  Throughout this the Company has sponsored me in external study programmes, and I have gained qualifications in PAT, Auto-cad and Manufacturing Engineering (ONC).  This included time off to complete my studies.  I am now Calibration Co-Ordinator, managing that function Company-wide with a team of Engineers and Technicians.  My career progression has given me great fulfilment and I look forward to continuing my personal development at Schrader."
